Senator DeFrancisco Presents Award to the Family of 2012 Women of Distinction Honoree Colleen H. Mastine

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured with the family of Colleen H. Mastine, the Senator's 2012 "Women of Distinction" honoree.  Mastine, who passed away earler this year, was Director of Constituent Services in the Senator's district office.  An awards ceremony was held in Albany on May 15th.
