Senator DeFrancisco Reads to Children at Hazard Library

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco read to an outstanding group of children at Hazard Library in Syracuse on August 9, 2012.  The Senator also answered some of the chidlren's questions about his job and state government, and he presented them with their summer reading certificates.
