Senator DeFrancisco Recognizes Jazz Educator of the Year Joe Carello

Senator John A. DeFrancisco honored Joe Carello with a NYS Senate Resolution during the 2012 Northeast Jazz and Wine Festival. Carello is an outstanding saxophonist and educator, who was named the 2012 Jazz Educator of the Year by the Central New York Jazz Arts Foundation.
