Senator DeFrancisco Tours a New Laborartory at Cooper Crouse-Hinds in Syracuse

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco tours a new laboratory at Cooper Crouse-Hinds in Syracuse.  The plant credits a state grant in allowing it to expand and create jobs.  The Senator also joined Governor Cuomo for a press conference following his tour of the facility.
