The 4-H Capital Days program seeks to help 4-H participants achieve a better understanding of New York State public policy, to provide an opportunity for delegates to share their 4-H stories with their legislators, to create awareness of career opportunities within New York State Government as well as to meet and exchange experiences with delegates from other counties.
Senator Bonacic presented delegates with a New York State Senate Resolution memorializing Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to proclaim March 4-March 6, 2012, as the 77th Annual Capital Days in the State of New York.
