Second Annual Parents as Partners Week, Oct 15-20

The city Department of Education will be hosting a “Planning for Success Workshop: Supporting Transitions through High School to College and Career,” as part of the 2nd annual Parents as Partners Week, being held from October 15 to October 20, 2012.

The workshops are designed to inform parents about higher academic standards and ways parents can get involved in their child’s education, to ensure all students graduate ready for college and careers.

The workshop will be held Monday, October 15, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Brooklyn Borough Hall, 209 Joralemon St., Brooklyn, NY 11201.
