Seneca Falls- I recently presented a special New York State Senate Resolution honoring Richard “Dick” Laude on his designation as the recipient of the 2012 George Bailey Award. The award is given out annually to honor an individual who has contributed to the betterment of the community of Seneca Falls. Dick is a Korean War Veteran who worked for Goulds Pumps for 47 years. Dick has also been an active member in a variety of local organizations and charities. We were joined by Karolyn Grimes who played “Zuzu” in the classic Frank Capra film "It's a Wonderful Life" and Carol Coombs-Mueller who played “Janie”.
