Senator Nozzolio honors John “Jack” Guinan for his service to his community and to New York State

Seneca Falls- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently presented a special New York State Resolution to members of John “Jack” Guinan’s family to honor John posthumously for his devotion to the South Seneca School District and his community. John held various teaching and coaching positions up until his death in 2011.
