Senator Nozzolio Honors President Mark Gearan with a New York State Liberty Award

Geneva- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently honored Mark Gearan, President of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, with a New York State Liberty Award for his commitment to education and to his community. The Liberty Award is one of the highest awards given out by the New York State Senate.
