Senator Montgomery praises the Senate's passage of Legislative Resolution proclaiming February 7, 2012 as Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day in New York State. The Senator is joined in the Senate Chamber by Senator Bill Perkins, Senator Ruth Hassell-Thompson and representatives of Harlem United Community AIDS Center, Inc., AIDS Council of North Eastern New York, Capital District African American Coalition on AIDS, and Gay Men of Color Alliance.
