ArtsWestchester Jazzfest 2013

ArtsWestchester, the City of White Plains and the White Plains BID hosted Jazzfest 2013, a three-day jazz celebration in downtown White Plains. A strong advocate for the arts, Senator Stewart-Cousins joined local officials and residents on day two of the festival.
