Leader Stewart-Cousins with Mayor Tom Roach at the White Plains Independence Day Celebration

Leader Stewart-Cousins attended the City of White Plain's Annual Independence Day Celebration on Tuesday, July 2nd from 6-10PM. The Celebration featured live entertainment and fun for the whole family. Of course, an Independence Day celebration wouldn't be complete with fireworks which illuminated the beautiful night sky of White Plains.
