Senator Stewart-Cousins recognized with a proclamation Top Class Limousine's 25 years of service on Sunday, August 4th in Yonkers, NY. Top Class Limo has been awarded "The Best of Yonkers Limo Service" for many years, and continues to live up to its name by providing "top class" limo service in Yonkers and surrounding area.
