Leader Stewart-Cousins stopped by the Westchester/Putnam Central Body Labor AFL-CIO Picnic on Sunday, August 4th at Ridge Road Park in Hartsdale, NY. Also in attendance were Ken Jenkins, Chair of the Board of Legislators (BOL) and Congresswoman Nita Lowey.
