While addressing the full group of attendees at the Allegany Cattaraugus Association of School Boards’ Legislative Meeting at the Andover Central School, Senator Young touched on the State Budget process, Regional High Schools, Sequestration and school security. Additionally, there were questions concerning casinos in New York and mandate relief.
