Senator Young recently met with members of the Genesee Valley Conservancy. They thanked her for her support and gave the Senator an update on their efforts. Currently, the Conservancy has approximately 14,000 acres protected through a number of easements and preserves. The open spaces that they protect help keep our area beautiful for all outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers.
Pictured with Senator Young are Boardmembers Joyce Wechsler, Myrtle Merritt (President), Gail McGuire, Sheila Chanler and Executive Director Benjamin Gajewski.
