Senator DeFrancisco Helps Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Jewish Community Center

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco helped celebrate the 150^th anniversary of the Jewish Community Center of Syracuse by presenting the organization with a legislative resolution on June 6, 2013, at Traditions in East Syracuse.
