Senator DeFrancisco Helps Commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Village of Manlius

On April 27, 2013, Senator John A. DeFrancisco attended The Bicentennial Ball to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Village of Manlius. Senator DeFrancisco presented a legislative resolution to Manlius Mayor Paul Whorrall, who was dressed in period clothing to celebrate the occasion.
