Senator DeFrancisco Recognizes Soccer Shoot-Out Winner Michael Brussel

DeFrancisco is pictured next to Michael Brussel, who won the New York State Championship and received Honorable Mention in the Elks Area National Soccer Shoot-out Contest, Boys Under 14 Division.  Senator DeFrancisco presented Michael with a Resolution on May 20, 2013 in Senate Chambers.
