Windstream Ribbon Cutting

I was honored to join my colleagues in government at the ribbon cutting for the new Windstream building at the former Midtown Plaza site in Downtown Rochester. About 335 Windstream employees will be working out of this building on a daily basis, bringing more people and jobs to Downtown Rochester.
