Senator Zeldin Attends Ground Breaking for Tri-Hamlet Gateway Town Square

On August 6, 2013, Senator Lee M. Zeldin (R, C, I—Shirley) attended a ground breaking ceremony for the Tri-Hamlet Gateway Town Square hosted by Suffolk County Legislator Kate Browning.

The town square will feature a new, beautified landscape design and a statue of William Floyd.

Senator Zeldin said, “The building of the town square will serve to reinforce the historical foundation of the community and is a positive step for the Tri-Hamlet. I congratulate Legislator Browning, Pat Matthews and the William Floyd Community Summit for making this project a reality.”
