STATE SENATOR TOBY ANN STAVISKY WELCOMES TOP CHEF'S PADMA LAKSHMI TO SENATE CHAMBERS

ALBANY, NY – State Senator Toby Ann Stavisky met with Food Network personality Padma Lakshmi. The Top Chef host was in Albany advocating on behalf of her charitable organization, Endometriosis Foundation of America.

"I enjoyed meeting with Ms. Lakshmi on the Senate floor," said Senator Stavisky. "I applaud her work on behalf of the Endometriosis Foundation of America and their efforts to improve early detection and improving the lives of those who suffer from the disease."

The Endometriosis Foundation of America was founded to help fight the disease which affects more 176 million women and girls worldwide.
