Leader Stewart-Cousins Receiving "Golden Teamster Award" at the Local 237 Annual Black History Event

Andrea Stewart-Cousins was honored for her achievements since becoming Democratic Conference Leader with the "Golden Teamster Award" at Local 237's Annual Black Histroy Event on Friday, February 28th. After receiving the award, Senator Stewart-Cousins spoke about the importance of recognizing the contributions to events in history by many African Americans and women with dedicated months (Black History Month and Women's History Month, respectively).
