Yonkers African American Heritage Committee Flag Raising Ceremony

Senator Stewart-Cousins proudly celebrating her African American Heritage at the Flag Raising Ceremony on Friday, August 15th. In honor of this event, she presented a resolution to the Yonkers African American Heritage Committee, the organization responsible for organizing this annual celebration.
