My colleague, Senator Ted O'Brien, and I joined Susan Arbetter on the Capitol Pressroom to discuss yesterday's forum on fracking wastes from other states being transported to and disposed of in New York.
We don't allow high-volume horizontal fracking because of unanswered questions and the potential impact on our health and the environment. Why would we ever allow the waste from other states to be dumped here?
