Senator DeFrancisco Participates in Ceremonial Groundbreaking for the Northwest Family YMCA

On May 22, 2014, State Senator John A. DeFrancisco spoke during a ceremonial groundbreaking for the Northwest Family YMCA, which will be located on River Road in Baldwinsville, New York.  The new YMCA is expected to open to the public in about a year.
