Senator DeFrancisco Recognizes the 10th Anniversary of the Onondaga County Family Treatment Court

On September 10, 2014, a special ceremony was held to celebrate the court's 10th anniversary. Senator DeFrancisco presented a Citation to recognize the court for its positive impact on families within the community.
