Senator DeFrancisco Recognizes Michelle McKenna for Her Years of Outstanding Service at the State Office Building Cafe

Senator John A. DeFrancisco presented Michelle McKenna with a proclamation to recognize her for her efforts on June 27, 2014.  Michelle succesfully owned and operated the cafe located at the State Office Building in Syracuse for nearly 14 years.
