Senator John A. DeFrancisco’s 2014-15 Cell Phones For Soldiers collection drive is running now through January 5, 2015. Central New Yorkers may begin to drop off their gently-used mobile phones at his district office in Syracuse OR at any of his other collection sites throughout Onondaga County and the City of Auburn:
