ADDABBO AND BIRCH FAMILY SERVICES HIRING EVENT TAKES OFF IN WOODHAVEN

Woodhaven, NY (August 27, 2014) – I have partnered with Birch Family Services for a summer full of successful hiring events, and I am thrilled to bring these opportunities to my district. We started the season in Rockaway Park, went to Howard Beach, Ozone Park and Woodhaven last week. This most recent event brought in over 60 hopeful applicants, some of whom I was able to spend time with. It is inspiring to see so many people continue to find employment. To date through these Birch events, we have assisted over 200 individuals with the opportunity to find work. Stay tuned for more hiring events in the coming months.
