Chelsy's Place Opens in the City of Rochester

Congratulations to Jose and Wendy Navedo, and everyone at Chelsy's Place on their grand opening over the weekend. Chelsy's offers Spanish and American cuisine, and is open from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week! The Navedo's put a lot of sweat and equity in to making this a great restaurant for all to enjoy.
