Senator Lee Zeldin (R,C,I—Shirley) attended the 3rd Annual Tri-Hamlet Community Day, on Saturday May 31st. The celebration was held to promote the hidden treasures of the community, including the Manor of St. George, site of American victory in Revolutionary War, and William Floyd Estate, home of a Signer of the Declaration of Independence. The other included sites were the grave of Revolutionary War General and Hero Nathaniel Woodhull, Wertheim Wildlife Refuge, and the TWA800 Memorial.
Senator Zeldin is pictured above at the Ceremonial Kick off with fellow elected officials, numerous other community leaders, as well as the Huntington Revolutionary War Militia.
