Senator Lee Zeldin Hosts Annual “Teach a Kid to Fish Day”

RONKONKOMA— Senator Lee Zeldin (R, C, I—Shirley) joined with the New York Sportfishing Federation on Thursday, July 17, 2014, to sponsor his annual "Teach a Kid to Fish Day" at Captree State Park. Nearly thirty children participated in the event where they were taught fishing basics and safety in an interactive, hands-on learning experience.
