Members of the Vietnam Veterans of American Chapter 77 recently presented caps of the five armed services at the “Missing Man Table Ceremony” as the VA marked Former Prisoner of War Recognition Day in Buffalo.
Among those who were honored were Silviu Dan of North Tonawanda and J. Donald Griffin of Cheektowaga, who also received special recognition for their military service from New York State Senator Mark Grisanti.
