July 17, 2014
Auburn- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently joined members of the community at the 7th annual Owasco Lake Day event where he praised the Owasco Watershed Lake Association (OWLA) for its efforts in helping restore the water quality of Owasco Lake and the surrounding watershed. Just a few years ago, Senator Nozzolio joining with OWLA, the City of Auburn, Cayuga County, the Finger Lakes Institute, and hundreds of concerned citizens were instrumental in creating one of the largest watershed cleanup projects in the State’s history.
