Phelps- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently visited the Phelps Community Memorial Library where he had the opportunity to view the new S.T.E.A.M. Lab room. The S.T.E.A.M. Lab, which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) will provide full access to innovative and creative tools and technologies for people of all ages. Senator Nozzolio assisted the library by providing the state funding that allowed the library to expand its programs and services. Last year, Senator Nozzolio was named a “Top Supporter” by New Yorkers for Better Libraries for his support of legislation to improve our local library systems.
