(Yonkers - July 30th) Senator Stewart-Cousins, joined my Assemblymember Shelley Mayer, celebrated with the Lighthouse Guild the anniversary of GuildCare, an adult day health care program serving individuals who are blind, visually-impaired or physically-challenged for 30 years.
