Hudson Guild Caregiver Initiative Has Begun

This May, Hudson Guild is partnering with EmblemHealth to introduce a new initiative aimed at providing support and resources for caregivers. This new initiative kicked off last Thursday, May 28 with a screening of the film “Caring for Me; Caring for You: A Theatrical Exploration of the Challenges in Family Caregiving.” Hudson Guild will now be launching its Caregiver Empowerment support groups on Wednesday, June 10 at 3pm. The group will meet on the second Wednesday of each month and each session will offer guidance and support for making the most of the Caregiver journey without losing oneself in the process. All events are free and open to the public, and will be held at Hudson Guild’s Elliott Center, located at 441 W 26th Street. The initiative will culminate in September with a larger Caregiving Forum.
