Governor Andrew Cuomo has just unveiled his new Executive Budget Proposal for the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year.
This year, the Members of the State Senate are again looking forward to negotiating a soundly balanced, on-time State Budget that keeps our State moving forward, and that reflects the priorities and aspirations of all New Yorkers. From helping to create new job opportunities, to reducing the tax burden on hardworking New Yorkers, to ensuring that we get our fair share of state school aid, I will be working tirelessly to ensure that the final budget we enact is an outstanding budget for our community.
