Senator Farley Notes Sept. 26th, is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

Senator Farley noted this coming Saturday, Sept. 26th, is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is intended to help protect the environment and public health by ensuring that unused prescription medications are kept out of the wrong hands and are disposed of in an environmentally safe manner. The federal Drug Enforcement Administration has a list of take-back locations in Senator Farley’s District that include:
* FULTON COUNTY: Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, 2712 State Highway 29, Johnstown; Gloversville City Police Department, 2 Frontage Street, Gloversville; Johnstown City Police, 41 East Main Street.
* HAMILTON COUNTY: Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department, 102 County View Drive, Lake Pleasant: Inlet Police Department, 160 Route 28, Inlet; Town of Webb Police Department, 3139 NY-28, Old Forge.
* SARATOGA COUNTY: Ballston Spa Police Department, 30 Bath Street, Ballston Spa; NYS Police located at Clifton Park Public Safety Building, 5 Municipal Plaza, State Route 146, Clifton Park; Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department stationed at Clifton Park and Halfmoon Emergency Squad, 15 Crossing Blvd., Clifton Park;
* SCHENECTADY COUNTY: Schenectady Police Department, 531 Liberty Street, Schenectady; Scotia Police Department, 4 North Ten Broeck Street, Schenectady; Town of Glenville, Glenville Municipal Center Police Entrance, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville; Town of Niskayuna Police Department, Niskayuna Town Hall, 1 Niskayuna Circle, Niskayuna.
