Senator Hamilton joins with colleagues and the New York Immigration Coalition in support of 2015 Immigrant Equality Agenda

Assemblyman Pichardo, Senator Espaillat, Senator Peralta, and Senator Hamilton and New York Immigration Coalition rally in support of the 2015 Immigrant Equality Agenda. 

Senator Hamilton issued a statement in support of the Immigrant Equality Agenda: 

"The Statue of Liberty – Liberty Enlightening the World – stands in New York Harbor as a testament that welcomes all immigrants. Providing opportunities to immigrants is part of a long distinguished tradition that we must continue by passing the 2015 Immigrant Equality Agenda. New York State should lead the way in ensuring Dreamers have access to higher education, that young people who have made harrowing journeys receive the support and care they require, and that immigrant communities have access to the resources they need to be full participants in our communities."
