Senator DeFrancisco is a Guest Reader at the Northern Onondaga Public Library

Senator John A. DeFrancisco read to children at the Northern Onondaga Public Library in Cicero on July 22nd.  Senator DeFrancisco also talked about his job, answered questions and handed out coloring books.
