Senator John A. DeFrancisco helped cut the ribbon on the new McAuliffe Health Center, located at 115 Creek Circle in East Syracuse, on July 21st. Senator DeFrancisco also spoke during the event about the importance of quality care. This new PACE Center offers specialty outpatient services to adults 55 years and older. PACE CNY is a separate non-for-profit corporation of Loretto that provides long-term care services to those who might be disabled or chronically ill in the community.
