Senator DeFrancisco Receives 2015 Robert J. Colvin Literacy Leadership Award from Ruth Colvin

Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured with Ruth Colvin, the founder of Literacy Volunteers of Greater Syracuse (now LiteracyCNY), at the State Office Building in Syracuse on Friday June 19th. Senator DeFrancisco was extrmemely honored to be presented with the Robert J. Colvin Litereacy Leadership Award, which is named after Ruth's late husband.
