Senator DeFrancisco Visits YWCA Women's Residence Program in Syracuse

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco visited the YWCA Women's Residence Program on September 15, 2015, to announce that he helped secure a $25,000 crime prevention/domestic violence grant for YWCA of Syracuse & Onondaga County.  Featured in the picture are (left to right) YWCA resident Francine, YWCA Executive Director Fanny Villarreal and Senator DeFrancisco.
