Wheeler Elementary Student Council Members Meet with Senator DeFrancisco

The Wheeler Elementary Student Council visited Albany on June 2, 2015, and is pictured with Senator John A. DeFrancisco.  The students toured the State Capitol Building and had the opportunity to watch legislative session.
