While he may not have 714 career home runs and have called his shot in the in 1932 World Series at Wrigley Field, it was still a treat to meet Tom Stevens, Babe Ruth’s Grandson, in my Albany Office this past week. Tom was in Albany to discuss legislation that would provide for a “right of publicity” for deceased personalities, which would safeguard the significant contributions of deceased individuals like Babe Ruth. Not only did Tom and I discuss the legislation, but as two Yankees fans, we had a great conversation about their chances of winning the pennant this year.
