On Monday April 13, a representative from Senator Bonacic's office attended an event hosted by the Energy Improvement Corporation (EIC) of New York. The EIC administers the Energize NY Program, which supports conservation, and renewable energy projects for commercial enterprises. The event was held at 5 Spoke Creamery, a dairy farm in Goshen, NY. With the help of the Energize NY program, 5 Spoke Creamery was able to install almost 200 solar panels on the property to help reduce the cost of operating the farm. It was a beautiful day to celebrate the strong, and vibrant agriculture insustry in Orange County.
Among those pictured are, Alan and Barbara Glustoff, Owner’s of 5 Spoke Creamery, Conor Gillis of Senator Bonacic’s Office, Steve Neuhaus, Orange County Executive, Lynn Cione, President of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, as well other state and local officials, business leaders, and neighbors.
