Senator Dilan Rent Guidelines Board Testimony

Tamara Slogosky, Esq., Community Liaison to Senator Dilan delivered the following remarks during the Rent Guidelines Board, June 18, 2015 public hearing regarding proposed adjustments to affect renewal leases commencing between October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016.

On Monday, June 29 the Rent Guidelines Board approved a freeze on one-year leases. It’s the first rent freeze the board has approved since its formation in 1969.
