New York State Senator Michael Venditto, (R, C, I- Massapequa) hosted a "Shed the Meds" event in Massapequa Park, on Saturday, April 25th. The program was an overwhelming success. Over 400 cars drove through and dropped off hundreds of pounds of expired and unwanted medications that were safely disposed of through the program, keeping them out of our waterways and off the streets.
